Q is responsible for managing the affairs of both Borderless Productions and the Borderless Foundation. As a qualified businesswoman, Q's passion for the film business is surpassed only by her desire to create a powerful impact in the world with the art of filmmaking. Q is an experienced Producer, Writer and Entrepreneur with a background in Communications and Business Management. She works with both clients and creative teams to ensure innovation, integrity and entrepreneurial thinking remains at the forefront of the Borderless dream - to use the power of the medium to create positive change in the world.

Dean is the keeper of quality - the master of all production. He performs the dual role of leading all productions at Borderless as well as directing many of the creative masterpieces conceived in-house. Dean has degrees in Broadcasting, Art History and Sociology and has worked throughout the world on documentaries and TV commercials with a particular focus on human-interest stories. Dean is the co-director of Borderless Productions and also sits on the board of trustees of the Borderless Foundation.

Kimberley is a talented and experienced producer, writer and host. She represents Borderless' interests in North America and has worked in China, Canada and the US. Now based in Sonoma, CA, she continues to develop documentary and television projects with the Borderless team. Kimberley is a seasoned entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Asian Studies who worked in finance for many years before making the move into the film industry.

Eileen joined the Borderless team after a successful internship with the company in 2010. As a graduate of the New Zealand Broadcasting School, Eileen is passionate about filmmaking and brings a depth of skill in directing, writing and production management. She is excited about the range of client films, campaigns and independent documentary films she will be helping to create at Borderless.
