Q is responsible for managing the affairs of both Borderless Productions and the Borderless Foundation. As a qualified businesswoman, Q's passion for the film business is surpassed only by her desire to create a powerful impact in the world with the art of filmmaking. Q is an experienced Producer, Writer and Entrepreneur with a background in Communications and Business Management. She works with both clients and creative teams to ensure innovation, integrity and entrepreneurial thinking remains at the forefront of the Borderless dream - to use the power of the medium to create positive change in the world.

Dean is the keeper of quality - the master of all production. He performs the dual role of leading all productions at Borderless as well as directing many of the creative masterpieces conceived in-house. Dean has degrees in Broadcasting, Art History and Sociology and has worked throughout the world on documentaries and TV commercials with a particular focus on human-interest stories. Dean is the co-director of Borderless Productions and also sits on the board of trustees of the Borderless Foundation.

Kimberley is a talented and experienced producer, writer and host. She represents Borderless' interests in North America and has worked in China, Canada and the US. Now based in Sonoma, CA, she continues to develop documentary and television projects with the Borderless team. Kimberley is a seasoned entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Asian Studies who worked in finance for many years before making the move into the film industry.

Sarah performs the critical role of organising crews, talent and teams on a production. A talented multi-tasker, creative thinker and great communicator, Sarah is the cog in the wheel that is always appreciated and valued. Sarah graduated with a BA in languages before completing a Bachelor of Laws and has worked in publishing for many years. Her passion for filmmaking is borne out of a strong personal desire to use the medium to create great change in the world. She's in the right place!

With a love of editing and filmmaking combined with a Diploma of Filmmaking, James spends hours and days in the edit suite realising the many films produced by Borderless Productions. James has a talent for great design, storytelling and is treasured for his positive attitude on production.
