The Borderless Foundation ("the Foundation") believes in a world where we are all inter-connected, and thus support each other in moving towards a happier, more equitable world.

Vision
The VISION of the Foundation is to ensure and promote an ongoing legacy for Borderless Productions Limited film and media projects that engage its viewers to take action.
The stories of people profiled in its films and the issues underlying these stories have continuity beyond the films and therefore it is the work of the trust to manage this ongoing commitment to positive change.
Mission
The MISSION of the Foundation is to leverage media projects to create awareness and motivate a take action response for creating positive change in the world through the support of grassroots initiatives to individuals via fellowship programs, organisations and projects.
Fundraising
1. 10% of Borderless Productions Limited annual profits are designated to the fulfilment of the Foundation's mission.
2. The Foundation also receives cash and in-kind sponsorship on a project-by-project basis.
3. The Foundation occasionally fundraises for specific projects through self-generated activity.
4. The Foundation also connects with like-minded groups to share stories, experiences and resources with a combined vision to create better communities for us all.
Operational Strategy
The Foundation operates as a Not-For-Profit organisation under the Charities Act 2005 (New Zealand).
Borderless Productions Limited covers all operational overheads for the foundation. The Foundation's Board of Trustees and senior management contribute their time and expertise on a 100% voluntary basis.
