Dean Easterbrook is co-Founder and Managing Director of BORDERLESS. Dean leads the creative direction of a range of social change films and campaigns. His achievements include: being nominated as Best Director & Best Film for the documentary film and campaign, “Harpooned Soul: the Jade Bell story”; being awarded the Carolyn Stolman Humanitarian Award in Sonoma, California for the film and campaign “A Grandmother’s Tribe”, leading the creation of the dedicated film and video department for BORDERLESS; and co-creating the BORDERLESS Foundation to support the ongoing social change campaigns created by BORDERLESS.
Dean is currently based in Auckland, where his focus is working with colleagues, clients and partners to bring to market socially significant creative campaigns. He is responsible for company-wide creative excellence, and he actively develops ideas related to the field of human-interest, socially-led films and campaigns.
